Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and personal-use items (like face coverings or underwear) are non-returnable.
